Request for Repair

Free repair service for 90 days after purchase of any linalu product. Even after 90 days, repair service is still available at a cost.

If there is request for repair of any linalu product, please contact us through order information page, official website, Line, E-mail, Facebook Messenger or Instagram Inbox.

During Warranty Period

Free 90-day repair service after purchase of any linalu product under circumstances of damaged hardware or deconstruction of the leather piece (structural issues such as breakage of leather, stitching separation at joints). Free 90-day repair service only applies under proper usage of our products.

Deterioration in appearance and worn-out edge paint do not include in our warranty. We can repair some parts of edge paint with a cost.

Shipping Fee: The product is delivered to our repair center at customer's expense, we will cover the shipping cost sending it back to the customer once repaired.

After Warranty Period

We will initiate a quotation after evaluating the condition of the product.

The damage on the surface of the leather is unrepairable.
